What is Tantric Sex? I've heard the term Tantra sexual practice in movies like GO, but know very little about Tantric Sex, what's Tantra Sex?

Tantric Sex is an ancient practice which takes place in the mind, not that I'm a Tantra expert or anything. I just know the very basics of Tantra as principles. No real experience here :) Tantra will make you realize that sexuality and spirituality are linked.

I did notice Amazon sells The Complete Idiot's Guide to Tantric Sex by Dr. Judy. You might want to give the book a try.

Ask Sting he seems to know all about 8 hour love making sessions and has perfected the art of Tantra, or so he says. Will it reinvigorate? possibly, new things are always worth a try. Will it be the solution to everything in the bedroom? doubtful. The biggest key is communication and finding out what each of you like.
