No. Being that young, the person does not yet have a real sense of who they are. What they like to do, read, talk about, ect. As a 13 year old, your best move is to invest in yourself. If you are the type of person that watches lots of tv or plays video games endlessly....stop it. That won't help you grow as an individual. You will have nothing to bring to the table. This is why 'jocks' get all the girls. They spend time developing themselves. Only in one area, therefore they will only meet girls who are interested in that one area. By developing yourself more completely, you will have a greater range of women from which to choose.
